Shipping Information

What Shipping Methods are Available?

We ship via USPS and UPS. 99.99% of the time, even overnight on a Sunday, we will get your order to you! Just give us a call if you are unsure which option to choose.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We utilize both the USPS and UPS for our international shipping. If you are unsure which option you need, based on the date you need it, just give us a call or email and we will be happy to help!

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship the same or next day when placed Monday-Thursday (before noon, Thursdays) Trophies and Sashes sometimes take a bit longer, depending on our number of orders for those, as they are made custom to order. If you tell us your event date (multiple shipping dates require additional shipping charges, please place orders separately or be prepared to pay additional shipping upon shipment) we will be sure to get it to either get it to you on time or contact you if additional info is needed!

Do you make custom crowns?

We do! At this time, due to the high volume of custom orders, we require 12 pieces per size of each custom crown needed.

*the exception to this rule is just adding your name to the band of an existing design, or our “custom name crowns” 

We cannot duplicate any crown that is not our design, no exceptions

I just want color/seasonal accent stones added to an existing crown, do I need to place a custom order?

So glad you asked! No! Now, we can add custom color accents or seasonal color accents (i.e. Christmas, Patriotic, etc) to any clear stock crown we carry, with no wait time! To add this, just check the “add colorful accents” button on the crown’s product listing & choose your color choice! 

Uh oh! My crown arrived and was damaged during shipping, what do I do?

Bummer!

While we package each order with love, sometimes crowns are inevitably damaged during the shipping process.

No problem though! As long as you chose any shipping method aside from 1st class mail at check out, you are totally covered!

Just let us know via text, call or email within 10 business days and we will get a replacement sent out to you in a jif!

If you chose 1st class mail, unfortunately we cannot replace those orders, as we cannot insure 1st class mail shipped orders. 

Do you accept returns? 

We do accept  returns on merchandise, returns will be issued a store credit for future order or to use for an exchange.

We do not give cash refunds

Trophies and sashes are custom made to order and are not applicable for returns.
